Our first wedding of 2023 was out of this world! We live for a creative wedding and this one did not disappoint. The happy couple planned a magical celestial wedding, with every single piece perfectly aligned with a night under the stars. When a couple wants to present a meaningful motif, food and drinks are huge part of the planning. You can of course have your cutting cake, cookies, and other treats decorated to match, but don’t forget about drinks! Specialty drinks are a fun way to further include guests in your celebration of love. Examples are incorporating pets’ names, meaningful song titles, beloved movie characters, or even just the wedding couples’ favorite drinks. For this January wedding, the bartender dusted edible glitter into every drink, creating a colorful cosmic look without affecting the flavor. It was dazzling and delicious!

Tablescaping details, such as classic place settings, custom table numbers, and carefully chosen linens can really tell you a lot about the happy couple you are celebrating. Many of our couples initially feel intimidated by the idea of choosing table decor. There as so many questions: What types of linens should we choose? Do we like gold or silver? Are we planning on having floral in our centerpieces? Lots of choices to consider! Our Five2Five goal is to show our clients that this really is the fun part. One decision a couple has to make is in regard to plates, silverware, and cups/glasses. There are three typical scenarios for acquiring these items: The caterer, purchasing disposable, or renting “real” table settings. When a couple is interested in disposable items, we show examples and give recommendations for where to purchase them. In the occasion that a couple wants items such as real plates, silverware, water goblets, wine glasses,etc, we will rent the perfect items from one of the trusted party rental companies we contract with. When it all comes together, we are sincerely thrilled to set the tables using all of the chosen tablescape items, including rentals, decor, linens, table settings, and personal items.🍽
