Hello December! For the fifth year in a row, The Five 2Five welcomed back the one and only Santa Jon! Two Sundays in December we were joined by over 60 families for professional photos and a magical meet and greet with Queen Elsa. We feel honored that we are able to provide this special tradition for the community and see so many return clients and families. We look forward to hosting this successful event for years to come.

December is the time to slow down, nurture relationships, and give back. We were honored to have 3 holiday parties hosted at The Five2Five. With the venue already beautifully decorated, it was the perfect space for guests to eat, drink, relax, and feel appreciated for a year of hard work and fellowship. Corporate event packages are built just for the clients’ needs. Packages can include services such as a bartender, DJ/MC, in-house photo booth, dining assistants, as well as table linens and decor (decor add-ons/custom decorating is also available). It is our mission to help clients host the perfect event that fits all of their needs and exceeds expectations.

There’s something very special about a wedding during the holidays. Carrie and Vince chose The Five2Five for their Pop-Up Wedding. The base Pop-Up package includes 5 hours of venue time for 50 people. This package is intended for couples who want the venue experience, but don’t require a full day that includes getting ready on-site or accommodations for a large number of guests. With a Pop-Up, the Happy Couple will still receive a Day of Coordinator, table linens, access to on-site decor, and the full service set up and take down that we are known for. (Add-ons for an extra hour or to allow additional guests is possible.) The venue manager will build the perfect package for perspective clients who are looking for a smaller, budget friendly option.
Above: Carrie and Vince loved our holiday decor! They were excited to utilize it for their big day, and also for the many options to customize their tablescapes, isle markers, and ceremony/reception set-up. Additionally, we heard our favorite words from clients: “we trust you”.😍
Above: Our sweet Santa Jon and his lovely wife renewed their wedding vows after 10 wonderful years together. Of course they love Christmas decorations, but we added pops of purple and silver (their wedding colors) to pay tribute to that special day.💜
Milestones deserve to be celebrated. Want details on how to throw the most epic, exciting, memorable birthday extravaganza bash? Well, we have some important takeaways to share that will help get you planning on a night to remember. Venue! First and foremost, be sure to chose the right place to hold your event. Consider how many guests you want to have, time of day, price, catering circumstances, etc. Figure out what you need and ask questions. Entertainment! The quality of a DJ can make or break an event. Be sure to have recommendations for who you choose and communicate your music tastes with them prior to the event. Live music also makes for a really good time! Keep your eyes and ears open for local artists. Contact them for pricing and availability for private events. Food, Drink, and Dessert! Be sure to have food that everyone will want to eat and plenty of it. Catering is expensive but there as so many options. Did you know that many fast casual places have affordable catering options that make everyone happy? Yum! Plan for snacks and dessert as the night goes on. After a few hours, guests will be wanting something more to munch on. Photography! Add-on a venue photo booth option and be sure to designated someone to take photos. Hire a professional, if possible. Decorations! Utilize venue decor as much as possible. No need to spend money when you don’t have to. Think about what extra touches you want want to have. For the party pictured, additional decor included balloon decorations, personalized cups, extra lighting, and flowers. Vendor Tips! Don’t forget to thank the professionals who helped make your day possible. These relationships are beneficial to keep and a monitory “thank you” goes a long way!
The Five2Five’s very own Courtney and Maggie were blessed to celebrate their 40th birthdays with a joint party at the venue on 12.30.22. The whole team is beyond grateful for The Five2Five family that has been cultivated over the years. Planning a party for our own makes us even more appreciative and passionate about what we do!
