We have (25) 60" round tables, (20) 8' banquet tables, (6) 6' banquet tables, (2) 4' banquet tables, (2) 10' farm tables, (1) 7' sweetheart table, (8) 5' wooden benches & (300) white resin folding chairs. We also have a limited selection of wooden chairs for the guests of honor. We offer the rental of table linens in colors and textures of your choice.
We include (3) bistro/cocktail tables with spandex linens in a neutral color of your choice. These tables are perfect for cocktail hour and can be used inside near the bar or on the patio when the weather is nice. Additional bistro tables are available for rent The round tops (quantity 15) are 28"; the rectangular tops (quantity 10) are 30"x32". There are two table height options.
To add the element of comfort and character, we provide several cute lightweight couches that can be moved throughout the venue. Our white couches have been spotted on the patio, by the outside arbor and even in the grass for a beautiful photo backdrop. We also have a variety of cute wooden tables in different shapes and sizes that work well for your guest book, cards & gifts, and more.
Host your dream wedding during any season of the year at The Five2Five! Get get married under the sun at our outdoor wooden arbor which backs up to a green belt. You'll make a dramatic entry from our panoramic patio doors leading to the lovely stone pathway/aisle. Or have a cozy indoor ceremony in front of our stunning floor-to-ceiling river rock fireplace in our heated and air-conditioned main hall. Either way, your guests will enjoy beautiful scenery, and your photographer will capture gorgeous moments
Our 12-hour wedding packages include full access to The Five2Five, including two separate spaces for the wedding party to get beautified or just hang out before the ceremony begins. The elegant Getting Ready Suite with a mirrored ceiling for hair and makeup and picture rail along the walls to hang gowns. And your entourage will be right at home in our quaint Cottage secluded in a corner of the property where they can enjoy darts and horseshoes.
Your guests will decide to get comfy and stay awhile when they sit down by our gas fire pit. If you were wondering, YES - you can do s'mores! Our large patio is perfect for cocktail hour or even a memorable first dance. The lush lawn with greenery backdrop is perfect for yard games. It is fenced, so the kids are able to run and enjoy their time as well.
Our venue is filled with beautiful details that create perfect photo opps. Inside you'll find decorative iron windows, rich woodwork, and our signature stone fireplace. The expansive outdoor grounds provide lovely natural backdrops. Our white bench swing that can hang at the outdoor arbor is a great spot for couple and family photos. In a more private corner of the property,you will find the original brick church sign, which is one of many great locations for first look photos and other special moments.
Your caterer will be delighted with our prep kitchen, complete with a reserved parking spot and separate entrance. The kitchen includes a double refrigerator, upright freezer, warming oven, hand wash sink, rinse sink and plenty of table space for prep.
No renting port-a-potties here! We have two restrooms on the main floor that are ADA Accessible and designed with style. We also have a third restroom for the wedding party in our upstairs Getting Ready Suite.
Our venue has a private lot with ample parking for your guests. We have plenty of space to accommodate shuttles, buses and food trucks also. If overflow parking is required, we have you covered!
On event day, one of our dedicated team members will be your Venue Host. / Onsite Manager. This is your go-to person for you and your Coordinator for any questions that arise. The Venue Host will assist with logistics such as directing parking, operating the fire pit, and keeping restrooms stocked. and clean.
Our clients receive a huge perk in the form of a personalized Online Client Lounge. On this portal, you will find your invoice, contract, checklists, reminders, and other correspondence in one convenient location. You can provide access to your Day of Coordinator too! We will review documents from your portal including layout and timeline during your Final Details Meeting prior to your event.
Planning a wedding can feel truly overwhelming and you may not know where to start. That is why we give all couples our curated Vendor Recommendation Guide. Save yourself hours of searching by booking a team of caring and talented vendors who share our commitment to excellence. The cool thing? You aren't required to select your vendors from our list, but it sure is a great starting point!
Another great way to save our clients time and energy is by offering onsite decor rental! This convenient service cuts down drastically on your own setup time, and you won't have to worry about what to do with dozens of centerpieces after your big day. We have a huge variety of both rustic and elegant decor pieces such as lanterns, table numbers, candles, wood rounds, aisle markers, personalized signs and much more. We can also assist with linen rental, glassware, and flatware.
Our indoor sound system makes it very convenient to play music at ceremony rehearsals or private events . Wedding clients are strongly encouraged to hire a professional DJ/MC to ensure your timeline and special moments are executed seamlessly.
If you would like to show a slideshow, video or presentation, we have a projector and drop-down screen available.
Children are more than welcome at The Five2Five! We even have (3) high chairs, along with a baby changing table for your convenience. The large grassy lawn is the perfect place for kids to run & play during a party or reception. If you need a spot for a designated childcare area at the venue during a wedding, we can help you with that too!
In addition to the lovely Getting Ready Suite, we have additional space for you to enjoy upstairs. The stunning Juliet balcony is the perfect spot for gown photos and a dramatic bouquet toss. The loft & balcony area is also a great location for the couple to sneak away after the ceremony to sign their marriage certificate. Your photographer can capture a memorable group photo of the guests on the dance floor from the balcony as well!
Safety is our top priority. WA State currently allows ceremonies for weddings and funerals with a maximum of 30 guests. We are hopeful for expanded capacities and event types in 2021.
